CLG has represented hundreds of local governments in seven states in cable, wireless and
broadband matters. These include, but are not limited to, negotiating cable franchise
agreements, conducting franchise fee audits, drafting wireless facility ordinances and
design standards, negotiating wireless leases, and designing and implementing broadband
expansion and digital equity plans. CLG also represents residential building owners and
managers in negotiating their communications service agreements.
We work closely with many statewide municipal associations and we are active members
of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA), which
is the national organization that advocates for local governments in cable, wireless and
broadband. As a former Board member of NATOA, Dan Cohen is currently Co-Chair of
NATOA’s Policy and Legal Committee.
