The
Cohen Law Group’s private sector practice group represents
a diverse group of small and medium-sized business clients—many
though not all of which are telecommunications and other technology-based
companies. Examples of representative engagements are:
(i) identifying initial and ongoing state and federal regulatory
requirements, (ii) creating win-win commercial dispute resolutions,
(iii) identifying and negotiating attractive funding alternatives,
and (iv) establishing and documenting business and legal best
practices for service agreements.
The private sector practice is led by Phil Fraga.
Mr. Fraga has a deep and diverse business background. He
has served as general counsel to two (2) companies and has
been part of several senior management teams. He
has been responsible for all legal matters for several companies,
including commercial agreements, regulatory matters, financing,
and human resources. He has the knowledge and expertise
to assist your business in addressing and resolving all forms
of legal and business issues. You can see more
of Mr. Fraga’s business and legal background in our
Professionals section.
Whether your business is a start-up or early
